RESIDENSI DUTAMAS DAHLIA - TOPPING OFF MILESTONE REACHED

On 1st August 2024, blessed with a beautiful clear day, CONTINUM celebrated the completion of the structural phase for RESIDENSI DUTAMAS DAHLIA, achieving an overall project completion milestone of 70%.

The special milestone was commemorated by the development, site and consultant team on the roof top above the 37th floor accompanied by the breathtaking backdrop of Kuala Lumpur and Banjaran Titiwangsa. The vibrant Mont’ Kiara and KL Metropolitan skylines on both sides of the NKVE also lend an interesting perspective to the city scape.

QLASSIC AWARENESS TO SET THE STANDARD OF QUALITY

The project contractors and sub-contractors for project Residensi Dutamas Dahlia had a QLASSIC refresher course organised by CONTINUM and carried out by Dato’ Ir. K. Laxana Naidu, Principal Consultant and Director of Sysnovate Solutions Sdn Bhd on 17th October 2023. The objective of the course is to ensure that all relevant personnel are aware and reminded of the quality standards and implementation of good work processes for their respective trades on site.
